Hero Camp...

This one is for you Emily:)

Amber's stake put together Hero Camp again this year, and it was so fun! All the moms got together and decorated and planned this awesome camp for the kids. They learn about some of the Heroes in the scriptures, the theme this year was "Feel the JOY". They learned more about the birth and life of Jesus. The kids all had so much fun! I got to go the first day and help take pictures of all the kids. They had crafts, relays, cookie decorating, hot chocolate and snow cones. Here are a few fun pictures...

The Wild Animal Park

Katie and I went to The Wild Animal Park a couple of weeks ago with Jaime and her kids. It was really fun! I haven't been for a long time and it seemed a lot different than I remembered... and man was it hot! The weather was so weird, it was hot and sunny, then all of the sudden it would start raining off and on. But we still had fun! We saw lots of different animals... lions, tigers, elephants, monkeys, gorillas, and lots of birds!
I have to say that meerkats are so darn cute! They were one of my favorite animals to watch there. They just dug holes all day and there was always one on the look out.

But my most favorite were the gorillas. They are awesome! There was one that just loved pestering the others. He kept going up to them and pulling the hair on their arms. Then he tried messing with this guy...

He doesn't look too big sitting down, but once he is up you wouldn't want to be anywhere near him. He is huge! They were so funny! I could seriously sit and watch the gorillas all day long!

There were lots of elephants too. A few cute little baby ones, and lots of big ones!

Caleb and Bryce watching the lions...

The "rally monkeys"Jacob dancing to the African music playing, after playing in the water... he is such a cutie pie!The boys were so funny. Everywhere we went they would all say, "Autumn, take a picture of us!" When do boys ever want their pictures taken?

It was such a hot day... but we all had a blast!

Happy 4th of July!

We had so much fun this year! The Fraziers invited us to their block party that they do every year. They have all kinds of fun stuff for the kids... and even for the adults!

They had a Sno-cone machine...

A cotton candy machine...

Foos-ball table...

A water slide...

I love all of their faces... Mia's is the best though:)

Caleb and Maxwell being goofy...

Oh... and more cotton candy

They even have a trampoline!

Tammy, Eva and Kylynne liked to hang out in the shade.

I took Jacob on the water slide... I don't think it was his favorite thing there.

This was...

After the the Frazier's block party, we came home and did our fireworks. We had so many! We gave the kids some poppers first, I think they liked those more then the real fireworks.

Then we all sat back and watched...

Then the kids got bored so we let them light some fireworks... they loved doing the smoke balls.

Thank you to the Fraziers for inviting us every year! We had such a great time! The kids got to eat as much sugar as they wanted and run wild in the street! It can't get any better than that!

Baseball Season

So, since baseball season is basically over I thought I would post some pictures of Brian playing. His team is doing great! They are undefeated in league! Yesterday they beat their school rival, Estancia (again), 10-0! Brian plays 2nd base and he is doing an awesome job! He loves to play...

Warming up!
Up to bat...Celebrating after their victory against Orange High School...
During the game (When I got a little bored) I took a few pictures of Mia and Eva while they were playing. I think they are pretty dang cute so I thought I would share some:)

Disneyland........ minus the kids!

Last Friday, Brandon, Kim, Katie, Dave, Jen and I were able to go to Disneyland without all of the little munchkins! It is fun to go with the kids, but going with just the adult was A LOT of fun! We got to go on all of the "big kid" rides including this one...
If you ever go to Disneyland with Katie... sit by her on this ride! It is so funny!
"A" for Autumn:)
I think we all had so much fun! We were able to go on all of the rides we usually can't go on with all of the kids and we could move through the park quickly without any strollers... it was awesome! Thanks guys... We definitely need to do this again!
